Non-conformity of goods, complaints, service and warranty

In accordance with ZVPot-1, the company Vučko d.o.o. is responsible for the conformity of goods. The customer must notify Vučko d.o.o. of any non-conformity of goods, including a detailed description, within two months of discovering the defect and must allow for an inspection of the goods. Vučko d.o.o. is not liable for non-conformity that becomes apparent after the expiration of the legally prescribed period from the receipt of goods. The buyer must report the lack of conformity within two months of discovering it and no later than two years from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with ZVPot-1. The right to claim material defects in goods is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

At Vučko d.o.o., we understand the importance of complaints, and we strive to resolve them as quickly as possible, ensuring mutual satisfaction and in compliance with applicable legal provisions. Complaints (return of incorrect, incomplete, or damaged goods) should be reported using the product return form via email: info@vucko.si.

Products are covered by a warranty if indicated on the warranty certificate or the invoice. The supplier guarantees the quality of the product within the warranty period, provided it is used as intended and according to the accompanying instructions. Warranty periods follow general regulations and commence on the date the goods are received by the customer. The warranty return form is available here. Vučko d.o.o., headquartered at Stranska vas 17, 1295 Ivančna Gorica, is qualified to technically assess any defects and independently decides on resolving complaints or replacing defective products, unless stated otherwise. A non-conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery if it appears within one year of delivery. A consumer who has correctly notified the seller of a defect has the right to demand the following from the seller: initially, rectification of the defect, repair, or replacement of the goods with a new flawless item. If the manufacturer fails to comply, the consumer may request a proportionate refund of the purchase price or a full refund.

If a non-conformity is detected within 30 days of delivery, the consumer has the right to reject the goods. This means they can withdraw from the sales contract during this time and request a refund without first demanding repair or replacement. The company must respond in writing to the consumer's claim no later than eight days after its receipt, if the existence of a defect in the goods or service irregularity is disputed. When filing a complaint, the customer must complete the Complaint and Return Form, fill in all required fields, and provide the invoice showing the purchase date and invoice number. Defects and damages caused by improper use of the product supplied by Vučko d.o.o. are not covered by warranty conditions. Repairs are performed within the legally defined time frame, quickly and with quality.

Products are covered by a statutory warranty if mandatory under Slovenian law (e.g., for certain technical goods) or a voluntary warranty if provided by the seller or manufacturer. Warranty details, including duration and conditions, are specified on the warranty certificate or invoice.
